As a parent, there are so many things that you need to think about when it comes to looking after your kids. And, one of the biggest things you can do is revamp and rework your kid’s bedroom. This is an exciting place for a child when they are growing, and creates a safe, fun haven for them to enjoy being a child. So, you need to make sure you give them the best bedroom you can.
I have mentioned before how the house we live in is rented and that we are unable to do much in terms of decorating and physically altering anything within the house, so we have to look to other alternatives. Which I’m sure many other families are in the same predicament too. I have a feeling we are going to be here for a little while longer, and as bear is getting older, I don’t really want him to have the gross magnolia walls. I’ve been looking at new ways to try and alter the decoration in his room without getting into any trouble with the landlord.
I think we have all seen and experienced the glorious weather lately. As well as wanting to be out in it a lot, I’ve also found the need to clean and have a good clear out of the house. We live in a 2 bed rented terraced and it seems it has been easy for us to just put things in a room or to the side so it looks relatively tidy but isn’t amazingly tidy, that bag of gift bags was still in the corner of bear’s room until recently, and we still have a dismantled dining table in our lounge and kitchen. But I’ve just felt the need to clean loads recently. Having the doors open, windows open and fresh, clean smells everywhere is my favourite thing now I’ve been getting ready for summer, our next job is to fully clear each room one by one (not just because we had a house inspection or we want to move at some point but “tidy house, tidy mind” and all that).
